MASSAGE
Therapeutic / Relaxation Massage
Medical Massage:
A more intense therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This massage practice is used to manage pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, relieve nerve compression, improve digestion, increase flexibility or treat other health care concerns.
Deep Tissue Massage:
Application of slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia, releasing "knots" due to job strains or sports.
